Screen sharing is a web-based communication service that allows you to share your screen content with fakturabank support person using only the browser.
By accepting call from fakturabank support person you can talk to each other with voice and text chat.
By clicking on the screen share icon (icon) fakturabank support person will see transmitted video and help you with a problem.
To use service you have to be registered and logged in.
Video and sound communicated in fakturabank is only seen by the fakturabank support person which is present in call at the time the content is communicated.
Both, you or fakturabank support person can stop video or sound communication at any time.
Chat messages can be seen by all fakturabank support persons.

Privacy

You understand that through your use of the Service you consent to the following collection and use of this information.
Voice and video communicated is not stored anywhere in our system. Chat messages might be stored in our system to be able to provide a chat message history for user and fakturabank support persons.

Security

Communication between participants are primarily sent through peer-to-peer connections, where audio and video streams are sent directly between participants and do not pass through any of our servers. Video and audio transmitted in the Service is then sent directly between the participants.

Use of Services

You are responsible for your use of the Service, including the lawfulness of the Content that you are sharing. All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Service and we cannot take responsibility for such Content.

Restrictions on Content and Use of the Service

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect our rights, property or safety, our users and the public.
The Service is for legitimate individual use only. We may on our option, terminate our relationship with you, or suspend your access to the Service immediately if it is deemed by us that you are using your subscription contrary to these Terms.
We reserve the right to report illegal activity to applicable authorities.
